Abstract

The tetralogy of Fallot is the leading cause of cianosante congenital heart disease, which generates a high mortality and in some cases is likely to surgical treatment. A 7-year old girl case was registered with this malformation along with absence of pulmonary valve, who dies as a result of this severity event. A normal sized heart is found at the internal medical exam, finding abnormal morphological features of tetralogy of Fallot with absent pulmonary sigmoid valve.
