La intervención del psiquiátra forense en los peritazgos que atañen a los delitos contra la libertad y el honor sexuales

In the present work the author reviews all those articles, in the Colombian Penal Code, which have relevance to the transgressions of the law denoted by Carnal Violence and Ravishment. The author analyzes some expressions used in those articles and he defines their correct usage in the psycological language. He discusses, from a forensic-psychiatrical point of view, the expressions "State of Unconsciousness" and "Mental Alienation"; the author also defines the necessary elements which denote these special psycological situations in the victims of the transgressions under discussion. With the analysis and definitions of these themes the author wishes to facilitate the professional activities of the expert in forensic psychiatry and the judicial officers. The expressions "Moral Violence" and "Great Damage in Health", which are mentioned in the analyzed articles, are discussed as well. To and with the author derives practica! conclusions from the study of specific cases encountered during his experience as an expert in Forensic Psychiatry.
