Abstract

The autor presents a review and an actualization of the indemnization in the Colombian Penal Process. It is not frecuent to find articles about this subject that becomes up today in the new Procesal Colombian Code.He gives basis to elaborate this expert's report that is practically the same in the Penal Process and the Civil Process.
