Construction of inimputability's judgement. An analysis from the pragmatic one

The research problem is about the construction process of imputability judgement, while on the forensic psychiatric interview. It has like main resource of observation, the discourse emitted by each one of the parts, making understandable the interaction between the legal psychiatrist expert and the accused. The cognitive pragmatic analysis of the conversation is the methodology to make a treatment of data of the conversation that has been recorded on video. With these records, was done an interlineal transcription of each examination, where were consigned the enunciations of the speakers, the expression's way of these enunciations, which is the prosody; and the body language of the speakers. In the same way, the researcher made an ethnographic registration with field notes, while she was observed the examination through the camera of Gessel. The conversational analysis kept in mind three categories: actional, thematic, referential; that permitted to make reflections around the interaction on the examination, the use of words in context, and the relationship between the speakers meanings in the conversation, making possible to observe the constitution of turn - taking sequences. Furthermore it was analyzed as a document, the expert report done by the legal psychiatrist, from its shape, content, and context. It allowed to understand its nature and useful in Colombian forensic psychiatry, and to contribute to the comprehension of the imputability judgement in a cultural context.
