Los ataques sexuales a mujeres postmeno-páusicas no son frecuentes en la literatura. Sin embargo, el conocimiento de las lesiones genitales y extra genitales apoyado e los cambios anatomicofisiológicos son de crucial importancia al momento de interpretar los hallazgos.
